Introduction to Construction at O’Hare International Airport
As part of our role as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the O’Hare 21 Program, Austin Power Partners hosted a four-part Aviation Learning Series to help subcontractors and prospective trade partners better understand what it takes to work at O’Hare International Airport. Drawing from our experience at Terminal 5, the sessions covered airport-specific construction processes, including procurement, accounting, safety, and quality standards.

Workforce Development Partner Spotlights
In early 2025, Austin Power Partners hosted a three-part webinar series as part of the Chicago Department of Aviation’s Aviation Learning Series. This series highlighted several workforce development organizations that support construction training and job readiness. Each session offered an overview of the organization’s background, an inside look at their programs, and information on how contractors could engage with their efforts.
